ABOUT MASONRY COSMETICS
Masonry Cosmetics is the developer and manufacturer of a proprietary masonry staining and renewal process that permanently bonds with any porous masonry product including brick, block, mortar, natural and manufactured stone.
Masonry Cosmetics Inc. is co-founded and operated by Rick Conner and Don Foster who bring a combined 56 years of experience in the brick industry, from manufacturing to architectural sales to masonry staining. They have developed and manufacture the only proven masonry staining process that they know of which permanently bonds with any porous masonry product including brick, block, mortar, natural and manufactured stone. This process is not a paint or paint-like product and will never hurt a brick. The personnel of Masonry Cosmetics have been color correcting masonry of all types for various manufacturers, distributors, contractors and homeowners for almost 30 years using their proven, proprietary system.
This system (or as we call it our Ceramic Color Enhancement Process) consists of specially formulated mineral oxide pigments. These pigments are combined with a proprietary bonding agent to create a slurry which absorbs into the surface of the masonry structure and does not create a layer, so it will never peel, flake or blister like paint-like stains used by other stain companies in the market today. Masonry Cosmetics has been implementing this proven system in the field for nearly 30 years on buildings owned by US Postal Service, Military Facilities, Universities, WalMart, Home Depot and more.
